    （中央社記者黃貞貞倫敦5日專電）倫敦市是歐洲規模最大城市，隨著外來移民增加，人口也快速成長，專家估計，今年初人口數很快就會創下新高紀錄，突破861萬。

    不過70年代及80年代初期，倫敦人口曾減至660萬左右，現在人口數持續成長。

    顧問公司Quod指出，倫敦目前平均每年增加10萬人，約每3年就達到1個地方政府行政區的規模，預計到2030年在經濟帶動下，人口數將達1000萬人，屆時交通將更壅塞，供需失衡的房地產市場將面臨更嚴峻挑戰。

    住宅不足及價格高昂是倫敦面臨的棘手難題，專家估計每年需要新建4萬2000戶，才能因應居民的需求。

    倫敦市長強生今天宣布，將提供2億2000萬英鎊（約新台幣107億元），協助25萬戶中低收入家庭，在2025年前能晉升有殼蝸牛。1040105 CNA
