泰格瑞州（提格利尼亞：ክልል ትግራይ；阿姆哈拉語：ትግራይ ክልል，kilil Tigrāy），正式名稱為提格雷民族地區州（提格利尼亞：ብሔራዊ ክልላዊ መንግስቲ ትግራይ，Bəh̩erawi Kəllelawi Mängəśti Təgray），是衣索比亞的一個州，位於該國最北部，西界蘇丹共和國，北鄰厄立垂亞。特克澤河流經。面積50079平方公里，2005年估計人口4334996人。首府默克萊。當地以提格雷尼亞人為主。
