吾友Kuohsun Shih 分享此照片，應該是影射核二廠---我私下想過它也有可能向中油桃園煉油廠，大修之後，卻出事。沒想到，核二情形"類似"。
談點私人的緬想：
Harrisburg, Pa. 起碼是連接器大廠商的大本營，有些美商如AMP、Berg (以及包括後來的鴻海)的台灣幹部，可能都有此俯瞰經驗。
