The Southern Common Market,[a] commonly known by Spanish abbreviation Mercosur, and Portuguese Mercosul, is a South American trade bloc established by the Treaty of Asunción in 1991 and Protocol of Ouro Preto in 1994. Its full members are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay. Venezuela is a full member but has been suspended since 1 December 2016. Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Panama, Peru, and Suriname are associate countries.[5] Bolivia became a full member on 8 July 2024.[6]
南方共同市場(簡稱:Mercosur或Mercosul,西班牙語:Mercado Común del Sur、葡萄牙語:Mercado Comum do Sul、瓜拉尼語:Ñemby Ñemuha;簡稱共同市場或南共市[2]),又譯南錐共同體,是巴西、阿根廷、烏拉圭、委內瑞拉(2017年被終止成員國資格[3])和巴拉圭五個南美洲國家的區域性貿易協定(Regional Trade Agreement, RTA),1991年巴西、阿根廷、烏拉圭及巴拉圭四國簽訂《亞松森協定》,並於1994年增修《黑金市議定書》,確立共同市場組織架構。成立宗旨為促進自由貿易及資本、勞動、商品的自由流通。
