【想望家園】巴黎塞納河 以人為本的河岸改造計畫
夕陽緩緩在天空劃出一道拋物線，巴黎塞納河泛起一片金黃波光，橋下流淌的湛藍色彩漸次後移。左岸的奧塞美術館與右岸的杜樂麗花園遙遙相對，遠方的艾菲爾鐵塔穿出樹叢，直衝三百多公尺的高空，一個多世紀以來，稱職地扮演巴黎的招牌。(撰文/居芮筠、攝影/安培淂)
