紐約州14小鎮想改歸賓州

It may sound like a joke, but it is deadly serious. Fifteen towns along New York’s border with Pennsylvania are threatening to secede and join the latter state. The towns sit on top of the Marcellus Shale—full of natural gas—and New Yorkers are not allowed to tap the gas because of a state ban on fracking.
